WESCAR Rulebook Updates

The WESCAR board of directors have voted to make improvents to the
WESCAR rulebook. A number of points that have been under
discussion for some time now, have been adjusted.

The following changes to the WESCAR rulebook will apply
for the 2006 racing season:

  • Underslung style rear clips will now be allowed.
  • Weight percentages are updated to maximum 56% left side
    and maximum 49% rear weight.
  • Cars must weigh a minimum of 3100lbs all day, cars to pass
    through tech both before qualifying and before the main event.

     The WESCAR executive believe that this is neccessary to
    bring better and more exciting racing to
    WESCAR fans and Sponsors.
