WESCAR General Season-End Meeting to take place at
Esther's Inn at 12:00 NOON until 2:00PM
WESCAR Banquet
Cocktail time: 5:30pm
Dinner: 6:30pm
Awards: 7:30pm-9:00pm
Dance: 9:00pm
Tickets: $35/person
Hotel Rooms at Esther’s Inn:
The rooms are reserved under WESCAR for both Friday, October 26th & Saturday, October 27th.
Check out Sunday, October 28th at 12 noon.
Reservations need to be made (at the very latest) 2 weeks in advance of banquet.
