Williams Lake's Garnet Grimard, driver of the #52 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
car, has been racing in the WESCAR division since 2001.
Not only is Garnet a driver, but he is also WESCAR vice president.

Garnet and his crew, comprised of Jay VanDiest, Darren Bailey, Leslie Allgrove,
and Tyler 'Diesel' McMillan - have all been working hard in the pre-season
to get every last ounce of speed from this 2001 Monte Carlo.

On May 14th of this year, all of thier hard work has finally paid off.
Garnet won his first ever WESCAR main event, the Aaron Switzer/Remax 100
at PGARA Speedway, in Prince George, BC
